We headed over to Chase ballpark to check out the Diamondbacks fan appreciation day. The kids were super excited just to be able to go hang out on the field and get a different view of the stadium.
They had all sorts of booths with activities going on, tons of fun games to play with giveaways for the kids.
One of their favorite parts was the tour of the players locker room and weight room. It was pretty neat to see the 2001 world series trophy.
Then we went and hung out in the dugout for awhile.
The kids got an autograph from Charles Brewer who is one of the pitchers and is an actual AZ native. Hunter had him sign a shirt and the girls wanted him to sign their sunglasses.
The players were having Q&A sessions on the stage with the crowd and there was two field areas set up where kids could go and play some ball with the bobbleheads :)
The kids enjoyed playing all the games and we won ten free d-backs tickets, lower level behind home plate! It'll be fun to take the whole fam to a couple of games.
