Let it rain

We have had some really rainy days this monsoon season.  Days where it actually poured rain all day or night long.  We even had some crazy flooding one weekend in Mesa.  Parts of the freeway were closed down and a usual twenty minute drive to work for Deke took three hours!  Hudson has loved it since then it means he can use the "brelladah" as he calls it.  Loving the rain and the cooler weather it is starting to bring.  Ready for fall!

Afternoon at the museum

Enjoying a day with the kids at the Mesa Natural History museum to enjoy the dinosaurs, pan for gold and see the exhibits... 

Berkley and Hudson

These two are the cutest. Seriously.  Watching them playing together with sippy cups, makes me smile.  Its still sometimes surreal to look at them and think "yep, there are Brenn and I's babies."  Brenn and I have babies together.  Hudson is still so small that sitting next to each other you would never guess that there is actually a full year age difference. :) :)  Watching these two grow up together...it's going to be fun.

Sealife aquarium

We spent part of labor day weekend hanging out with Brenn, Kaulin and Berkley at Sealife aquarium.  We hadn't been since Em was little and for being a small aquarium it still has a lot of fun stuff for the kids to see.  

Hudson liked getting to touch the starfish, Em was a little unsure but she tried it anyways.

It was so nice to spend the day with them.  Berkley is so much fun, I wish they were closer so I could go steal her for an afternoon and just sit and play with her and the kids.  I love being an auntie and looooove watching the kids with her.  Come fast Thanksgiving, I need to see that baby girl : ):)
