This is just one of those posts including little tidbits of life recently. Emma enjoying lunch on daddy's lap instead of her highchair which is becoming more frequent lately since she has decided that she no longer needs to sit in her highchair.
She kept trying to sit at the tiny table next to the big table but she is definitely not ready for that much freedom. So she was overruled and now either eats on our laps or we spend the entire meal repeating the phrase. "Sit down Emma." The other day after church took a couple quick shots with the girls. Nursery for Em next week, not sure how I feel about that one :(
A hilarious picture of Avery. A couple weeks ago after one of Hunter's games we went to eat at Quzino's and Avery was so tired we looked over and saw her laying like this. Ha ha ha ha. Seriously she is my kid that could sleep anywhere I mean anywhere. Silly kid.
Emma's favorite way to read books now, always on Ave's lap. Avery will pick a book and call her over, then Em will turn around and walk backwards until she reaches her lap and then plop down to read.
Hunter got his Bobcat in scouts which was awesome. Here is my little troop of Wolves.
When they get their Bobcat their moms get to come up and paint their faces with Bobcat prints. They love this.
Then the boys get to put paint on their moms. Usually I guess they said the moms only let the boys paint on their arms. Hunter looked at me and smiled and I leaned in for a good ol helping of paint across the cheeks. He was thrilled. So worth it. Way to go bug!!
