This chick is busy. She waited the longest out of all the kids so far to start talking and now she may be our most chatty. All day whether we are getting stuff done at home or running errands she is yaking away at me about one thing or another. Trying to keep up with her lately is not as easy. Just a few tidbits of what she's been up to. Playing at the outdoor mall on a rainy day, she loves this grasshopper.
Spinning round and round with Hunter in the office chair so fast and until they both look like they are going to vomit....
Getting to ride on a little $.25 carousel at the mall since she was so good letting mom get the shopping done.
Sacked out in her big girl bed with only a small portion of the stuffed animals that are on her bed every night. I have to narrow her down or she would seriously cover the bed with them. Yes she is two and I still love to sneak in before she wakes up from nap and watch her sleep for a little while, she is so precious.
One of her favorite games right now is hide and seek. Mom loves this too except when Emma decides to play and be the hider when Mom isn't even aware that we are playing. One morning before church couldn't find her anywhere after calling and calling her. Hunter brought me to the pantry and whispered mom this is hilarious. I heard the trash can bump a little an realized where she was.
BOO! she yelled and slid the can out. Cracked us all up.
Indoor mall play place where I try to take her a least once a week. She undoubtedly meets a new friend every time and comes over holding hands with whoever it is and telling me "mom this is my new friend." With Hunter and Ave back in school she gets lonely during the days and I can't believe how much she is wanting the socialization. Having a friend day to play each week helps.
It is a tradition around our house that all the ladies get their finger and toe nails painted on Sundays. Here is daddy painting Emma's nails before church. Big brother usually gets designated as the official blow dryer her is awesome at it though :) :)
LOVES, LOVES,LOVES playing dress up, any outfit any time of day. Any and all accessories. Spending time being silly and goofy and making her mommy laugh.
Spent one day feeling under the weather in one of big brother big t-shirts snuggled on the couch watching movies with mom. She is so much fun and I love the time I get to have to spend with her everyday she is my little shadow.
