I never really understood what heartburn was until I started having it about a month ago. Not fun. Tums and learning to fall asleep propped up with pillows behind me have helped but even water has been giving me heartburn. This guy is way up in my rib cage lately kicking and playing. I love to lay at night and just feel him moving all around, it is so neat.
He is getting really strong and every now and again he will do a power kick right into my rib cage that makes me have to catch my breath. I have been pretty small with this pregnancy but all of a sudden my basketball belly is starting to pop and it is really rounding out. It has been nice because I haven't had the back pain with this pregnancy that I have had with my others. I am definitely to the stage of a full on waddle. Can't believe we are down to two to four weeks until he arrives!!!!!
We did a 3D DVD ultrasound which was so fun to just sit and watch him play and see how much he has grown. This was back in the beginning of Sept. so he has changed a ton again and definitely added some chub but isn't he so cute? Both Deke and I are so excited to see what he looks like. I hope he has at least a little bit of hair. He still looks like Bug to me. I loved that he kept putting his little hand up by his face. He has been super animated in his ultrasounds from sucking his thumb to smiling, to yawning and opening and closing his eyes. I can't can't wait to kiss his soft little baby skin and fall asleep with him next to me. We're almost there little man.
