Mom came into town for Easter and on Saturday morning we headed up to Sid and Lori's house to visit and see GG and Papa. The weather was beautiful and the second we got there the kids busted out the plastic eggs and started hiding them for each other. At first Hudson didn't get it but he soon caught on and then he loved hiding eggs. He would come over, hand me his bucket and say "egg?" and then smile and stand there waiting for me to go hide them. Once they were hidden he would start running around trying to find them. When he would see one he would point and start saying "oh egg! egg!" and hurry over to put it in his bucket. We were all laughing so hard watching him try to find them. He would crouch down or start whispering and pointing. He would raise up on his tiptoes and stretch his neck up on the higher places, it was so cute. The kids spent all morning hiding eggs for each other.
Hudson hid eggs with Papa and GG until they had to take a break. He wanted to find them over and over again. Emma kept trying to help him find them which he was okay with unless she tried to hand them to him. If she would run over and pick one up he would furrow his eyebrows at her, "no Emma, egg. no!" He would say scolding her. He was a little bit possessive over them :)Soon it was time to start dyeing the four or five dozen eggs we had boiled. These Burch kids love to dye eggs....
Hudson even got in on the action...
The kids did a great job and made some cool looking eggs. Hunter made the purple one down below that had blue dots all over it and called it Starry Night. It actually did look like a sky with different constellations all over it. It was really cool.

Oh my goodness! Hunter looks so much like Deke in that top picture of him under the tree! I always thought he looked more like MeKell but now that he is getting older he is like a little Deke!! And of course the rest of your babies are as cute as ever!
